Responsible for the efficient level of quality production and achievement of standards in respect of productivity yields and capacity utilization
Provide technical support in manufacturing and process control of mixing, extrusion, calendaring, tyre building, curing, troubleshooting, etc.
Analytical analysis of tyre design features and characteristics
Indoor testing of tyres like Pulley wheel, Plunger testing and analysis
Incoming raw material checks for consistent process formation

Topic: Fabrication and characterization of nano silica incorporated epoxy/glass fibre composite

Duration: December 2011 – January 2012
The objective of this project was to find the effect of nanosilica particle inclusion in epoxy resin/glass fiber composite
Nanosilica was treated with silane coupling agent and dispersed in an epoxy resin by ultrasonication and composite was prepared by resin film infusion technique
With the addition of 0.42 weight% nanosilica, compressive strength improved by approximately 20% with respect to neat epoxy/glass fiber composite
