Taking all responsibilities of quality like quality testing of incoming raw material & finished goods in jai corp ltd. Company.
Testings of incoming raw material for pigment shade, moisture content for carbon, tio2 & calcium carbonate & Ash content for calcium carbonate, Polymer testing MFI with given standard .
Testings of all finished goods product Black, white, & color master batch & filler master batch like MFI, Ash content, Shade, Dispersion, moisture content.
Checking of Fpv with filtration machine of all filler master batches.
Testings of color mb with the help of Two roll mill. & injection molding machine & Blown film extrusion.
