Presently working with a leading company : An ISO/ TS 16949:2002 company is engaged in manufacturing of plastic injection molded components for Hero Honda Motors Ltd, Hero Motors Ltd etc.
JOB PROFILE:
My job responsibilities include:
To ensure ISO/TS-16949 standards are implemented in production areas.
To make suitable production planning for machine loading, tooling and raw material based on monthly/or sales plan.
To ensure all production targets are met in time.
To analyze tool life/ productivity data.
To ensure that rejection is closely controlled.
To ensure continual improvement through material, machines, methods, productivity etc.
Defining responsibility and authority of personnel reporting to him.
To analyzed the process and trouble shooting of deviated process.
To ensure production is maximized and rejection minimized.
