The company is ISO/TS 16949 certified company & manufactures for leading appliance manufacturer Washing Tub & parts, A.C and their assembly parts, T.V. cabinet, monitor etc & it is a vendor of HAIER, HITACHI, TCL, SALORA & its manufacturing parts like T.V. cabinets & woofer etc .
It is also a vendor of MARUTI UDYOG LTD. & DENSO & manufacturing automotive products .

One year training experience in Production Deptt. in MACHINO PLASTICS LTD. As ISO/TS 16949 certify company (a joint venture of Maruti Udyog Ltd. and Suzuki Motors corporation) in manufacturing of base pallets, bumpers and panels for MUL.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for smooth functioning of Moulding machines and other assembly parts.
Responsible for setting of parameter, trail of new moulds and new development.
Sampling inspecton plans, in which acceptance, rejection & rectification by the process of attribute and variables.
Ensure quality of products as per original drawing, design specification and jig fixtures as per satisfaction with quality inspector.
Responsible for rejection & rejection analysis.
Responsible for production exicution according to planning.
Gives the right direction in the right way to the employees.
Responsible for employees output & manpower handling.
To findout the rej%,Netutilization,M/C efficiency in currunt Shift.
