Job Profile:
New material development and raw material testing.(PVC, lacquer PU, Pigments, Plasticizer, UV and Heat Stabilizers, Flame Retardants filler, additive, fabric print ink.)
New implementation of product formulation according to costumer requirement for trial lab sample(like-hardness, soft, stiff, thickness).
Documentation of Raw material and lab sample production.
Preparation of new formulation as new incoming raw material and implementation of new process parameter.
Handling customer complain.
Checking and controlling of all production pigment MB and all plastisol viscosity.
