My Design Process Involves Four Phases For Completion:
* Concept Design : Including A Detailed Schedule Of Development.
* Study Models : Including Suggested Modifications To Concept Designs.
* Prototyping : With The Actual End-users Of The Product.
* Engineering : To Be Released For Tooling Operations.

Drawings Format For Design
Phase-1
* Concept Design :
(a) Development At 3-4 Preliminary Concept Designs And Their 2- Dimensional Presentation In The Form At Coloured Renderin
(b) The Presented Concept Designs Are To Be Mutually Discussed And Preferences/modification/changes Detailed Out.

Phase-ii
* Study Models : Preparation Of Study Models To Get A 3- Dimensional Feel Of The Designed Products. In This, 2 Or 3 Dummies Would Be Made Based On Tangible Variation Of The Selected Concept, Purely For Aesthetic Evaluation Of Basic Form.

Mock-up : Based On A Selection Of The Items Prevented As “ Study Models” Revised (if Required) And Detailed Mock-up Would Be Prepared With The Complete External Detailing, Colour Schemes And External Visual Graphics.

Technical Details :
(a) This Stage All Technical Details And Decisions On Technical Matters ( Viz Appropriate Materials And Prosses) Are Worked Out.
(b) Preliminary Working/ Design Drawings Are Prepared At This Stage.

Phase-iii
* Prototype :
(a) Preparation Of A Complete Working Prototype Is Undertaken At This Stage With All Technical Details And In Actual Size.
(b) The Final Colour- Schemes And External Graphics Are Also Incorporate At This Stage.

Product Drawings :
(a) At First, The Complete Set Of Design Drawings Are Prepared For The Designed Products.
(b) The Engineering Drawings Are Handed Over To The Tool Rooms Where The Tool Drawings Are Prepared As Per Planning Activities Of The Tool – Makers, But As Per Approval.
