Job Profile:
Probing New Customers for our Product Globally.
Analysis on the market prices.
Day to day interaction & communicating with our all local existing & new customers.
Sourcing new suppliers for Unwashed baled PET Bottles and Flakes globally.
Planning the production schedules and co-ordinating with Factory production department for production & despatches of PSF, POY & Pet Flakes for Local & Global.
Interaction with Shipping Liners and Freight Forwarders directly to negotiate the Freight Rates, D/O and Organising B/L related works for Export & Import.
Preparation of Export Bank Documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L Instruction, Insurance, Certification of Origin, ECGC declaration, GSP). Follow up the B/L with our Shipping Company and Forwarder. Total interact with our clearing agent to precede our shipment.
