Designing of Fixtures & mold modifications:
Responsible for the designing of the mold modifications to meet the modified product drawing.
Have designed for many projects which include the designing of molds and their modification having different part assemblies.
Planning and designing for economic mold manufacturing.
Have also designed connector assembly fixtures, connector twisting fixtures, clamping and arresting fixtures, also designed proto type molds.
Also very Fluent in AutoCAD from LT version 2002version. Have designing experience using AutoCAD, designed part 2d drawings using AutoCAD.
Capable of designing using creative ideas ensuring zero errors in designing and drafting.
Improvement & Maintenance of Molds:
Responsible for continues improvement of molds in achieving qualitative engineering products to its specifications & limitations.

Extensively worked with molex finance team for legal transfer of all listed items accordingly. Also made plans for the refurbishment activity to bring up the mold conditions for better and efficient usage.
