Job profile-
Project Planning: Prepare the project time plan (APQP) with customer milestone and execute
the plan. Weekly once conduct the project review meeting along with CFT members to
update the status on master file and circulate to top management.,
Effectively work with business development team and account management team during
pursuit phase for RFQ response.
Responsible and accountable for meeting milestones and deliverables of the program in
terms of project scope, Time, Quality, cost (Budget Control).
Lead the technical meetings with customers and negotiate the delivery contents and dates.
Co-ordinate requirements management interaction with customers.
Material Management:
Plan components planning in advance and schedule long lead items
both mechanical and electronics parts. Keep the purchase team updated on time to avoid
delay in procurement. Keep track of child parts availability with respect to the latest product
BOM to avoid mismatch of quantity for product assembly.
Tooling:
Monitor development of tools, testing fixtures, assembly line fixture and assembly
line setup. Follow up closely to get on time and plan for trial with CFT members.
Trials & Part Manufacturing:
Co-ordinate with process team and trial to be done with multiple
iteration to get the respectable quality parts (In-house & Supplier end). Offer the trial parts to
quality for full layout inspection and get the approved report for further trail & material
planning.
Product Testings:
Support to establish design verification plan (Schedule and Test plan)
creation & System level validation with customer requirements (Mechanical, Electronics &
Environments)
Documentation:
Make the documents updated and ready before start of production (i.e.
Approved drawings, APQP, PPAP, Reliability testing reports, Material test reports, working
procedure, Process Set Ups, Check Sheets, & Traceability) and co-ordinate technical
documents release to customer.
Product Assembly:
Before assembly ensure the Line readiness, Materials, documents and
conduct trial run with CFT members and operators.
Co-ordinate with internal teams to close the line open points then do the pilot lot (PPAP) to
hand over the project to regular production.

Define project timeline, implementation rollout dates and key milestones on configuration project and be responsible for meeting schedule.
Maintain operating rhythm across project work streams (Design, Tool room, quality,
