Handling of Injection Molding M/C - FERROMATIK MILACRON (K series 450, 320, 275, Europe), L & T Demag (150 ton , 200 ton, 350 ton, 500 ton and 1200 ton). For closures and cap making.
Independently - manage Husky PET Injection Molding M/C –
Husky 300 Lx & 300 & 400 Tone GL molding M/c (56, 60, 72 &96 cavity).
Husky Hye-PET 300& 400 tone M/c (48, 72 and 96 cavity).
Independently – manage Single step stretch Blow Molding M/C - ASB PB 85 / 110 – 16 / 4M. (Single Stage-Stretch Blow Molding), (Nissei ASB), Japan.

Control and maintain the cost for product yield and product wastage and manpower as per budget.
Prepare training modules.
Analyses and report the task assigned.
Investigation / Analysis of NCN / Customer complaints and provide remedial solution to prevent recurrence.
Creating and reviewing the SOPs to improve the operation performance
Giving training to all staffs on SOP of all machines
Liaise with Customer and Suppliers.
Ensure quality products manufactured meet product specification.
Control Man, Machinery &Material so as to Optimize the Productivity.
Ensure SAP activities are carried out timely, viz. daily production volumes postings in line with actual Volumes, breakdown notifications, checking daily PPM, stock checks.
Ensure Safety, GMP and 5s is maintained and improved within the team and that all operations are conducted within the specified quality Standards and Parameters. Implement internal systems, workflow and quality standard.
