Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with strong, hands-on exposure to the pharmaceutical industry, specifically handling North India pharma clients.

The role involves driving business growth, managing key pharmaceutical accounts, developing new customers, and achieving sales targets in a regulated, compliance-driven environment.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of pharma industry practices, procurement processes, quality standards, and regulatory expectations, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for the pharmaceutical segment
Manage and grow key North India pharma clients
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Handle pricing, negotiations, and commercial agreements
Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth execution
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements

Experience & Requirements:
5–8 years of proven sales & marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong network with North India pharma companies
Ability to travel across North India
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or Business
