Role Overview
As A Sales & Marketing Executive, You Will Be The Face Of Company. Your Goal Is To
Bridge The Gap Between Our Technical Manufacturing Excellence And The End-user, Ensuring
Our Sustainable Filaments Reach Makers, Industries, And Distributors Across The Country.

Qualifications & Prerequisites
Education: B.e./b.tech In Mechanical, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a Related Technical Field. An Mba In Marketing Is A Strong Plus.
Passion: A Genuine Interest In 3d Printing (Fdm/fff Technology) Is Non-negotiable.
Experience: 0–2 Years In Technical Sales, Preferably Within The Polymer, Plastic Extrusion, Or 3d Printing Industry.
Attributes: Young, Dynamic, And A Self-starter. You Should Be Comfortable With Both "Desk-side" Digital Marketing And "On-field" Industrial Visits.
Communication: Exceptional Command Over English And Hindi; Ability To Explain Technical Specifications (Layer Adhesion, Shrinkage, Warping) Clearly.

Market Expansion - Successful Entry Into New Geographical Clusters Or Industrial Sectors.
Brand Awareness - Engagement Rates On Social Media And Leads Generated Through Digital Campaigns.
Customer Retention - Percentage Of Repeat Orders From Existing Clients.
Technical Support - Customer Satisfaction Scores Regarding Filament Usage Guidance.

Terms & Conditions
Probation: 3 To 6 Months Based On Performance.
Travel: Must Be Willing To Travel For Industrial Meets, Exhibitions (Like Plastindia), and Client Site Visits.
Confidentiality: Mandatory Signing Of An Nda Regarding Our Proprietary
Compounding Formulas And Recycling Processes.
Remuneration: Competitive Base Salary + Performance-linked Incentives (Uncapped).
