Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead B2B sales and key account management efforts in the Indian and international market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating existing account and expanding existing relationships by providing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, launching new categories or entering new markets, and leading a high-performing team. You will be the principal executive accountable for executing business strategies aligned with long-term organizational goals and ensuring healthy ROI.

Industry: Plastic Packaging (Caps, Closures, Bottles, FMCG & Pharma packaging)
Reports to: Director – Sales & Business Development


Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Management.
Meet with key contacts to nurture business relationships.
Understand client businesses, competitive environments, and long-term goals to ensure alignment.
Lead the sales cycle and collaborate with internal partners on packaging solutions.

Strategic Sales & Marketing:
Identify and penetrate new markets, geographies, and product categories.
Drive concept selling and innovation-driven solutions tailored to customer needs.
Conduct competitive market analysis and deliver feedback for product and strategy improvement.

Business Development:
Drive product development, trials, and market launches for new packaging solutions.
Coordinate with R&D, supply chain, production, and procurement for seamless execution.
Define and manage annual sales forecasts, budgeting, and forecast growth potential for the territory.

Commercial Management:
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals; Negotiate contracts and secure sales.
Oversee financial health of customer accounts through payment collections and credit risk management.
Establish budgets and forecast growth potential for the territory.

Operational Coordination:
Align with internal departments (planning, logistics, finance, production) for delivery efficiency.
Ability to travel up to 60%

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science / business
MBA in Marketing or International Business (preferred)
Certification in Packaging Technology or similar field is an added advantage
