Job Description

We Are Looking For Dynamic, Result-oriented, And Experienced Sales Professionals To Lead And Expand Our Open Market Sales Operations For Micro Irrigation Products, Including Drip Irrigation And Sprinkler Irrigation Systems. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Driving Sales Growth, Developing Distribution Networks, Managing Dealer Channels, And Achieving Business Targets Within The Assigned Territory.

Key Responsibilities
Develop And Execute Sales Strategies To Achieve Business Objectives.
Drive Sales Growth Through Dealer, Distributor, And Channel Partner Networks.
Identify New Business Opportunities And Expand Market Presence.
Manage And Strengthen Relationships With Dealers, Distributors, And Key Customers.
Lead, Mentor, And Monitor The Performance Of The Sales Team.
Conduct Regular Market Visits And Competitor Analysis.
Ensure Achievement Of Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Sales Targets.
Prepare Sales Forecasts, Reports, And Business Plans.
Coordinate With Internal Teams For Smooth Execution Of Sales Activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3–5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Position As Regional Sales Head, State Sales Head, Area Sales Manager, Or Equivalent Leadership Role.
Must Have Experience In The Micro Irrigation Industry (Drip Irrigation And Sprinkler Irrigation Systems).
Strong Experience In Open Market Sales Is Mandatory.
Candidate Should Currently Be Working Or Have Worked With A Company Having An Annual Turnover Of ?100 Crore Or Above.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Developing Sales Networks.
Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Team Management Skills.
Willingness To Travel Extensively Within The Assigned Territory.
