Job Profile:
Ensure and focus to achieve there are no claims / complaints from any customer.
Customers are informed about returnable packaging, Can and End's technical requirements, and, if required, customers are visited.
Discuss future plans for any empty or filled stock connected to the quality issue with the customer and any other pertinent parties.
Ensure eective inspection as per QAP, identication and traceability at Incoming, in process-production and at nal stage so that non-conforming product shall not release to customer.
Co-ordinate with purchase & Marketing team to analysis rejection issues & to reduce the same by using
quality tools to improve OEE of plant.
Establish, document, implement and maintain the processes needed for the QMS & HSE management system as per the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, BRC Issue :6 & OHSAS as applicable at the factory and effectivedocument control system.
Manage Quality Audit & Self Assessments/ Customer audits.
Prepare and communicate Quality reports to Leadership including Report on rejections.
Inculcate for Team Work Attaining Quality Goals with other Department & within departments.
Manage Quality innovation in Quality for Organization growth.
Provide Training to all Employee on Quality related requirements.

Coordinate packaging development with the customers to make packaging proposal with respect to operational feasibility.
Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and take preventive action
Ensure all MSDS is available with valid date

Drive and effectively implement Quality Tools like, TQM, 7QC, Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing etc.
Maintain a clean GMP environment to ensure safety and quality during the manufacturing of each stage of the operation.
Carry out quality assessment of subcontractors / Suppliers as per the requirement / needs.
Manage and control lab controls like as calibration, Proper test method, Handling of Instruments.

Possess strong review abilities for medium-complex sheet metal drawings, schematics, and electrical wiring harnesses.
Conduct regular checks on the harness in the model to make sure the terminals are the right size for the corresponding wire gauges.
Verify moderately complex design drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accepted engineering standards and practices.
Carry out supplier validation audits, with supplier support and supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP).
Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to dene process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements
Lead the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities and Health,
Safety and Environmental risks
Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues
Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of correction actions of supplier quality issues
Collate and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain
Work with the supplier directly, create correction action plans to address process failures
Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities
Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Six- Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis, and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
Provide concise, complete and accurate documentation of inspection results relative to area of responsibility. In appropriate functional areas, this refers to supporting inspection and test status requirements dened by regulations, engineering product specications or Control Plans, Production part Approval process(PPAP) approval.
Facilitate the escalation of unresolved supplier quality issues within assigned projects and suppliers
Support the Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance
