Project title: PP thin wall container, thermoforming trays & glasses for packing purpose.

Objective-The aim of the project was to recycle PP thin wall container, thermoforming trays & glasses recycling mechanically for packing application in food delivery company.
Method-the thin wall container, thermoforming trays & glasses were sorted, shredded, treated, or washed with chemical cleansing agent inn lab scale equipment. then the three categories were extruded in various ratios.
Result: three range of MFI, with high modulus properties recyclates can be used for injection molding application.
Project title: HDPE Blow grade bottle to bottle recycling.
Organisation-banyan nation
Objective-The aim of the project was to manufacture HDPE blow molded bottles for helping FMCG major firms close its loop.
Method-The HDPE blow grade bottles were segregated, shredded, hot washed with chemical
cleansing agent, colour sorted then the color sorted flakes blended to produce different grade.
Result: The mechanical, thermal & rheological was found to be ideal for processing back to bottles.
