Job profile -
Manpower handling with scheduling working to control activities of the shift person. Also to take the decision of Conforming and nonconforming product whiles the process and review of hold materials.
To analyze the customer complaints, discussion with concerned dept / person, also preparation the CAPA.
Technical support to customers for their application related problems and to find out the causes of defects.
To analyze the developing new R & D trial reports & competitor samples and report circulate to all concerned person
Helping out the production unit head for cost saving of raw material in new developing products by aging study.
To Prepare & maintain the quality documentation records for new /re-certification of ISO, HACCAP & BRC audits, like Product recall, traceability, reliability test, inspection record, non confirming products & raw materials records.
Co-ordinate with marketing about samples for customer, evaluation and recording feedback from customers and Freezing product specifications.
To prepare the sampling plan in SAP system for new products. Also maintain 5 S & TQM activity & records
Take care notes are circulating with mentioning of recent complaints to the all concerned departments prior to slitting. So that to avoid the complaints we can take action & care at shop floor while the production process.
Product wise set the slit Roll Hardness of regular & new developed products.
Ensuring the test result of incoming raw material, as well as reducing the cost of packing materials.
Perform lab instrument installation and calibration with new line product setup.
While the production process, mainly the focus on the shop floor so that to avoid the repeated customer complaints.
Controlling the gel spots in online Camera technique from jumbo production
Developed unique product quality demerit & metalized film visual inspection QA gradation system.
According the customer order, preparation the Process capability report.
Knowledge of good recipes of 3 & 5 layers products, like Tape Textile , Print lam , Reverse Print , Antifog film, Matte Heat sealable, Low COF & Low SIT, Transparent wrap around label, White Opaque, Pearlized, Cable over wrap, White opaque wrap around, Cavitated HO & HOM, retort bopp & cpp films. and all types Thermal & Metalizes Substrate
