Job Description

Excellent knowledge in mono and multilayer blown film extrusion and material combination.

Responsibilities for the Raw material inspection and handling
Ensuring the quality finished goods as a quality controller in ISO lab.
Maintaining quality related documents, inspection records and test reports.
Incoming raw material inspection and approving for shop floor production.
First piece inspection and approving for bulk production
Controlling of non conforming products by making NCR
Attending customer complaints.
On line observation to ensure that the product is free from physical & dimensional defects.
Final product testing (as per ASTMD,ISO & BS) for tensile strength, tear resistance, dart drop impact, co-efficient of friction, AVG. thickness & dimensional measurement according to customer requirement
