We are a leading plastic bottle supplier to many blue-chip companies for more than two decades.

We manufacture plastic bottles, plastic jars, plastic cans, and other plastic containers

We have blow moulding machines ranging from 200 ml to 20 liters

Job Description:
Lead the quality control department and manage a team of quality checking engineers.
Conduct and oversee quality checks on food-grade plastic bottles, jars, cans, and other containers.
Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Operate and monitor testing equipment to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
Document inspection results and maintain records of quality checks.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality control processes are followed.
Identify and report any issues or defects found during inspections.
Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and best practices.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Special Requirement: Experience in extrusion blow moulding industry.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the extrusion blow moulding industry.
Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
Familiarity with testing equipment and quality inspection techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
