QA Operations / Budgets /Reports
Serving as a TTL Group Representative at Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia for the implementation of operational plan as advised by
Corporate Office. Ensuing effective root cause analysis and corrective action for internal and external quality concerns/ requests
Developing the Quality Objectives and Guidelines for the unit. Responsible to ensure regular communication in the unit for awareness
of quality issues across all departments. Responsible for managing documents related to Quality System Guidelines
Instrumental in meeting Quality Assurance financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling
expenditures, analysing variances, initiating corrective actions and ensuring cost- control
Assisting in New Product Development, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Purchase & other Departments as required
Directing the execution of inspection and quality check of inbound and outbound materials, taking corrective actions in case of any
deviations. Responsible for ensuring that all quality related issues are resolved on time.
Vendor/ Supplier Management & QA
Responsible to assess supplier product quality on regular basis and guiding them to achieve consistency in quality
Preparing and presenting results of Supplier Audits and driving corrective actions in case of any deviation observed.
Interacting with supplier regularly and ensuring implementation of the planned corrective actions at supplier site
Customer Management
Handling quality concerns at the customer end and ensuring their resolution with the defined timeframe
Monitoring and ensuring that the produced products are as per the specification set by the Customers, in case of any deviations,
escalating the same to Customers / Relevant Stakeholders to drive corrective measures
Implementing the documentation regarding compliances and questionnaires requested by customers
Team Leadership / Training & Development
Leading, mentoring and monitoring the performance of team members for ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity
Coordinating with Trainer, Consultants & Company Departments on all matters related to documentation preparation and training
Conducting Performance Appraisals, assessing capability, and training needs of team members and organising relevant trainings
