To check quality of incoming Raw material as per our requirement like printing shades, lacquer viscosity, CFB box, tinplate.
Preparation of shade card.
Attend customer complain and make CAPA, MOM and report.
Generated daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance report, online inspection, give costing related data and final process inspection report as well as test certificates for company information.
Check the shades with approved shade card, and get it corrected.
Do internal audit and documentation work of ISO and FEMA.
To ensure good quality testing to avoid complaints from the clients.
