Job Profile :
Plant round, visual check of all product of running machine, ensure all running product is ok.
Check all finished good at shop floor with reference of FG Movement slip, and check all reports as production supervisor reports, QC online reports etc.
Checking the log book of line inspector
Prepare of master batch percentage reports and sampling all colour samples and maintain std.
Colour sample.
On line checking of job on running M/C to ensure quality and quantity production
Co coordinating & follow-up with line inspector, production supervisor, and all concern department.
Sampling of all running machine and prepare first sample approval report and physical dimension report (ferromatic & ASB)
Checking all blowing product as per std. OFC checking as well as.
Calibrate all weighing machine and maintain the calibration report.
1 Clear all hold item and maintain related reports. And customer return material
1 Perform RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION and prepare COA of products as per customer requirements.
Visual inspection of all running machine
Online hourly monitoring of all running product with std. sample
Online quantity checking of all running machine. 5 box/bag/pouch in every 8 hrs shift.
Prepare hourly online monitoring report and maintain log book.
Stamping QC APPROVAL of all finished good product.
Coordinating with production and other related department if needed.
Maintain colour and other sampling for standardisation.
Checking of all hold items on shop floor and store return material
