Job Profile :
Leading and managing Supply chain, Procurement/Warehouse, Logistics and Inventory for domestic and international operations with the team of 8 persons.
Responsible for end to end Supply Chain of plant operation.
Managing and supervising all stores activities.
Demand and supplying planning of the plant as per customers requirement
Follow up with suppliers/Vendors for on time delivery of manufacture material for shoes to avoid material shortage.
Daily dispatch plan preparation on basis of customer schedule and requirement.
Providing Production vs. Dispatch Tracker to customers on daily basis
Co-ordination with Customers and Marketing team for maximum order, smooth supply,
Leading and conducting daily meeting with stores & Dispatch heads and submitting report to Plant head.
Monthly RM/PM/MB/FG/SFG Inventory and consumption reconciliation.
Maintaining Physical vs FG book stock Vs ERP stock.
Monitoring and controlling Grinding, Rejection and Scrap generation on daily basis.
Helping audit related activities and customers visit
Maintain and achieving 100% OTIF for the entire clients
