Handle New Product Development Activity from (RFQ) Project Start to Production Handover.
Leading Project Kick off meeting with development team and marketing team.
Project tracking detail study sheet prepare and monitoring to achieve given time line.
Making resource planning of project with marketing and purchase team.
Study Dimensional & functional feasibility and submit to customer for approval.
DFM study with tool room team and submit to customer.
Tool design review study with tool room team and VP Sir.
Weekly review meeting with customer related to product development.
Making Tool and Part cost breakup with marketing team and quotation submitted to customer.
Coordinating with supplier for new plant setup (Paint Shop, Assembly Shop, ETP Plant, ASU)
