I joined as a Project Manager at ACI with a target to revive the company and expand the production
capacity + capabilities by executing various projects of new machines installation and system improvement thru Kaizen technique.
I have managed dozens of projects including new ‘Coil cutting line’ installation and setup, Factory
energy saving projects thru skylights and cutting other regular production losses (e.g. air leakages) by installation of complete new aluminium compressed air piping.
Lead continuous improvement team (CIT) for identifying and resolving critical issues that affect the plant performance significantly.
Monitoring plant performance, Overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and production details by
implementing self-developed production report files with interlinked formulas.
Installation of vacuum tester machines at can assembly line that enables ACI to produce highly critical evaporated milk cans for customers like Al Marai.
Improved coating roller storage system by fixing roller rack that save space and store rollers properly.
Stencil cutting machine and plate punching machines installed for better accuracy of process.
