Job Profile :
Hands of experience in Project Management, Advance Quality, Supplier Quality & Inprocess Quality Coordinating Project Management Activities, Resources,
Information, Equipment for Development of Plastic/Rubber (1K,2K) and Insert molded (Mechatronics) components for Automobile interior, exterior and electronic systems.
Creating/Monitoring Project Plan & Schedule in coordination with Project Manager. Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to identify & define requirements, efforts, scope &
objectives.
Continuous tracking & follow-up of tasks with CFT involving Procurement, Supplier Quality, SCM team, etc.
Assistance for development of special assembly fixtures, testing fixtures for quality and productivity improvement.
Perform product testing & validations of NPD/R&D Development.
Products as per DVP & stakeholder plans and co-ordinate External-Third Party Lab Product Testing.
Knowledge of GD&T, Drawing reading, 3D data interpretation, NABL Compliance Lab
Timely execution of product development from Design Release to Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) through Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
Engineering Change (ECN) management with project planning and controlling as per ECN scope for tool modification and product development as per test standards.
Design/Tool Correction reviews (DFM) with Design team & CFT Customer Exceptional Communication Skills with experience in addressing conflicts, escalations at team level to achieve
desired results.
Multitasking involving Supplier Communication,Supplier/Customer visits, communicate Project Status with CFT to identify roadblocks earlier & resolve them.
Deliverables completion, Customer Portal handling.
PSW approvals from Customer, responsible for Payment receipt as per Payment terms.
Project Handover to Series team with CFT approval & further Monitoring up to the Safe Launch Period.
Knowledge of 5 Core Quality Tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP) to understand & fulfil Customer Quality Standards/requirements.
Responsible for Review PPAP documents for new product development.
Handling Customer Process- product, Control plan audit & New customer self-assessment with Gemba System Audit.
Conducting on Gemba self-assessment audit as per CSR & Audit at Supplier end as per Audit Plan.
Responsible for Supplier assessment, Supplier Development, Supplier PPAP & DVPR Testing.
Responsible for outsourced tooling development & follow up for PPAP.
Developing &Implementing quality standards & quality control system during new product development.
Responsible for 4M Change & ECN activities.
Monthly data monitoring & Analyzing during Safe launch & Presenting to CFT. Initial & final handover to series with zero defect during safe launch.
Traveling and Meeting New People Languages English Hindi Marathi Kannada.
Responsible for Automation SPM Validation before Installation.
Responsible for Customer & Supplier PPAP run activities.
