Job Description

Supervise production activities across washing, shredding, extrusion, filtration, and pelletizing lines
Monitor output, yield, and process parameters to ensure quality and minimal wastage
Manage shop-floor manpower, shift allocation, attendance, and discipline
Coordinate with maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure machine availability
Ensure adherence to EHS, quality standards, and statutory compliance
Prepare daily production MIS and support loss analysis and corrective actions
To supervise day-to-day plastic recycling operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency are consistently achieved.
