Job Description

Responsible for managing shift-level production operations, manpower and machine utilization, and coordinating with support functions to meet daily targets.
Manage shift-wise production operations
Achieve daily/weekly production targets
Optimize manpower allocation across lines
Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime
Ensure in-process quality compliance
Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams
Prepare shift production and handover reports
