Job Description

Supervise daily production activities during the shift.
Ensure production targets are achieved.
Assign work to operators and guide them when required.
Check product quality and reduce rejection and rework.
Ensure safety rules and cleanliness (5S) on the shop floor.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth work.
Reduce machine breakdowns and production delays.
Maintain daily production and manpower records.
Train operators and improve productivity.
