Responsible for achieving daily production target as per plan & monitoring process parameters, yield & quality of the product.
New model setup, calibration, mould changeover.
Responsible to train other workers & effective utilization of manpower.
CTP/ CTQ, clear rejection on daily basis & Scrap Reduction & analysis.
Develop best practice to improve productivity and product quality.
