To conduct EHS Safety audit within my shops and To identification & remedies/CAPA of near miss cases & accident.
Ensure all process as per GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard
Operating Procedures) follows in all shops.
Inventory Control and Cost Reduction through the shops
To conduct extended working hours, Kaizen projects, QCC projects & Productive review of production shop on monthly basis.
100% contractor manpower handling to achieve daily, weekly & monthly targeted production of shops.
Production planning & Shift Scheduling for the shops
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting of individual & group targets.
Implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations and enhance operational efficiency.
Looking Over all activities in order execution i.e. Design, Production planning & control, Procurement, Assembly, Machine shop, Fabrication, QC and Customer service.
Responsible for maintaining and updating the documents related to the Production activities on DWM Board.
Responsible for Planning of daily preventive maintenance on machine in Shops along with Maintenance team.
Responsible for reporting of all production deviations and evaluation of the same.
Responsible for investigation of critical deviations and recording the conclusions
MOST revision and updating in SAP of improved processes along with IE Department.
Managing wellbeing, Training Development of team members (Production
supervisor/OJT/SKTs).
Jigs & fixtures designing for Critical assemblies & components.
Daily, weekly & monthly production planning. Monitoring and conducting weekly production review meeting with production supervisors & Top Management.
Responsible for daily production target achievement with highest quality standards
Raw materials & sub- assembly’s materials planning on daily, weekly & monthly basis with Stores, Purchase team and other sub-assembly shops.
To execute the Six sigma/QC history project for quality defects, Cost reduction & process improvement.
To release daily & monthly Shop utilisation & MIS report to Top Management.
Responsible for Lead time adherence of Production orders, Weekly & monthly Scheduleprovided by APO.
TPM implementation of critical machines and monthly monitoring and review of 16losses, KK pillar and JH Pillar
Weekly machine breakdown review with maintenance team to increase machine uptime & availability.
Press tools PM plan & Ensure on time completion.
ISO documentation records & control– PM (Preventive Maintenance) Record, Training records and Job cards etc.
To conduct monthly reviews with top Management & concern dept for Quality issue, Red items, JH , KK , MPCP, QCC.
