Job Profile-
Vardhman Plastochem Pvt Ltd is a manufacturer of all types of cap (unscrew & flip top cap), Small size (1, 2, 3 & 5 liter) bucket & its lid.
Taking care of production and Planning of Molding machine runnability of tonnage (from 60T to 450 Ton).
Handling of overall production activities, also taking care of customer complain & providing 8D for that.
Working with Vardhman Plastochem, got exposure of manufacturing all types of caps, including flip top cap, their auto wading, manufacturing of small & medium size bucket & lid.
Planning of production and machine runnability as per production order release and accordingly plan for RM and other Inputs.
Live update of all production data like FG, WIP, RM Packing material and make it live for our sales team.
Working with Vardhman Plastochem Pvt Ltd worked on reduce rejection percentage & PPM trend with team.
