In production : Look after perpetual running of Injection moulding Production planning including raw material planning , Packing material planning ,machine scheduling for mould change. Monthly production planning on the basis of scheduled considering Minimum scrap and rejection. Planning of men power and maximum utilization of it. Preparing of preventing maintenance schedule of machines. Monitoring of process to optimization of productivity with Minimize rejection and maximum utilization of material. General maintenance of machine & tools. Target achieving. Trail new moulds and materials. Maintain 5S. Maintain production documents, gas mould Setting & handle fault of parameter settings.
Working knowledge :
Knowledge of many types of injection moulding machine, Knowledge of both types Gas Assisted injection moulding (internal & external).
Material handled : ABS (Glassfield, colored tran.), HIPS, GPPS, PC, Nylon6,6, PP (FPP, Glassfiled PP), PVC-71,61.
