Job Description

Proven expertise in operating and managing ISBM (Injection Stretch Blow Molding) and ASB (Nissei ASB) machinery.
Experience with specific machine models: 70DPW, 70DPH, and 50MB.
Material handling experience with PET and PP.
Proficiency in processing, parameter setting, and machine handling.
Mold loading/unloading experience following SOPs.
Knowledge of maintenance, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills related to products and molds.
Familiarity with ISO documentation relevant to production.
Effective manpower handling capabilities.

Experience in:
Cycle time analysis
Productivity improvement
Spare parts planning
Power-saving enhancements
Breakdown analysis
Team and department handling
Ability to provide technical support for both production and maintenance.
Commitment to achieving targets within specified timeframes.

Experience in:
Service and maintenance of production units
Handling packaging, sealing machines, and related areas.
