Maintain High Standards Of Workplace Safety And Ensure Zero Accidents.
Ensure Preventive And Predictive Maintenance For All Plant Equipment.
Monitor Machine Uptime And Minimize Breakdowns.
Maintain Product Quality Standards And Minimize Rejection And Rework.
Lead Workforce Discipline, Morale Building, And Team Engagement.
Plan And Implement Skill Development And Training Programs For Plant Employees.
Ensure Compliance With Environmental, Safety, And Statutory Regulations.
Control Operational Costs Including Labor, Energy, Consumables, And Scrap.
