Job profile-
•Testing of Injection Moulding machine ranging from 40 to 1000 tonnages.
Performing start up of the machine
•Ensuring proper hose connections and electrical connections of the machines.
•Filling oil in tank upto the max level .
•Performing leveling and achieving within the tolerance .
•Connecting main power supply to the machine and checking its continuity.
•Performing drive setting in servo motor machines and checking the direction of motor rotation.
•Switching on the machine and clearing all the alarms that are displayed in IBED
•Doing pump commissioning and ensuring the maximum system pressure
•Doing movement of clamping unit ,injection unit and screw rotation with moderate speed and pressure.
•Running the machine in dry run with dummy mould loaded with moderate tonnage for 2000 cycles.
Checking oil leakage and any abnormalities during dry run and troubleshooting of it immediately.
Performing Barrel loading & Plasticizing
•Removing the screw from the barrel and ensuring no damage ,rust or dent mark in the screw and ring plunger set
•Loading the barrel and coupling the screw with hydromotor
•Switching the heaters and checking the load taken by the heaters.
•Ensuring all the zone temperatures had reached the set value.
•Fixing the hopper and loading the material
•Doing back pressure tuning.
•Taking 5 shots and checking the weight are within the standards.
•Checking injection velocity and plasticizing capacity .
•Testing of ring plunger set .
