Responsible for Daily Production report Preparation of daily production plan according to requirement given by marketing.
Preparation of daily production & machine net utilization reports.
Involve in mould changing & mould setting on the machine.
Focus on housekeeping & proper placement of semi-finished products.
Prioritizing the scrap percentage reduction in accordance with the production.
Man Power Planning for shift & post molding operations.
Mold and process setup for quality products.
Analysis of machine down time.
Planning for mold and machine maintenance to avoid break down.
Mold unload check report prepare.
Ensure correct data of production, rejection and purging.
Daily rejection data sheet to be updated.
