Job profile-
Being a Process Engineer I am responsible for parameter setting to achieve the good quality product.
Generating regular production outputs and efficiency reports
Performing functions of troubleshooting & breakdown / preventive / shutdown maintenance for bringing down molding machines &equipment's downtime to a minimum level.
Mold and Hot runner block maintenance.
Keeping records of process and maintenance.
Setting of initial machine operation parameters for the start up production unit.
Achieve the production target with minimum wastage and minimum power consumption.
Compliance with all safety measures to achieve the production target given by management.
Standard operation of production line tracking of machine process.
Handling all kinds of preventive and breakdown maintenance of machine ,molds and auxiliaries.
Responsibility of handling daily activities of Plant.
Daily Verify process monitoring Control formats.
