Job Profile :
Responsibility for all production related activity like achieving daily target, reduced rejection and lumps. To removed trouble shooting of process by optimising the process and increase the productivity. Handle basic work of assembly process. To make standard parameters for machine operation and set machine under parameter. Improve production with good quality and reduce PPM and to do RED BIN analysis. Check Product/components quality as per require and defect free. Shift management and job distribution for entire manpower by utilising all available. Fill up process parameters monitoring sheet and machine start-up check sheet. Return loose and balance raw material and child part from shop floor by generate daily MRN. Ensure work instructions and operation standard availability on the machine.
Successfully trial new mould and prepare their document. Production entry and reporting to Production Manager for any abnormality. Ensure maintenance 5'S on shop floor and making kaizen for continuous improvement. Production planning at the rate machine availability. SMED (Single Minutes Exchange of die)
Knowledge of sequence Moulding and record maintain for 4M change on daily bases. Why - Why Analysis. On job, Classroom training for operator and new person maintaining skill matrix observation records.
