Production Operation:-
Reviving production operation in coordination with other function to ensure reduction in rejection & rework and daily scrap analysis thereby enhancing operation & productivity.
Supervise the production according to the daily production plan, Planning of raw material, manpower etc. in order to ensure compliance with the schedule and on-time delivery.
