Handling production, inventory and quality assurance programs as a supervisor for a team of production workers.
Implementing and reviewing daily production schedule and priorities on daily basis and planning man power and material to ensure smooth process.
Collected and compiled operational daily data and reviewed the existing manufacturing methods, produced the estimates, schedules, specifications and reports on potential issues / solutions.

Achieving production targets, increasing productivity as per IE standard by applying KAIZENS & 5S in all the lines. Ensure zero failures in daily production schedules .
Responsible utilization of man and machines at the optimum to get work done. Continual improvement on reduction of cycle time, manpower using line balancing, space, rejection. ppm, etc.
Making sure Gangway marking, line equipment , tool marking and layout visible to all the operators.
Adhering to safety by checking operator wearing safety equipments thus avoiding accidents in floor.
Create awareness to the operators about previous day’s rejection & its reaction and contingency plans.
Trouble shooting of any Line issues immediately and taking short term and permanent action immediately.
Daily logging activities and create reports to communicate with manager.
Ensure FIFO and JIT in all the line and maintaining stocks by coordinating with procurement and suppliers.

Improvement Activities:
To highlight any deviation from standards and participate in problem solving and resolution initiatives. Solving customer complaints with best problem solving approach.
Training given to the all the employees by preparing need identification, coordination of suggestion scheme, Off-line training to the all the employees.
To drive improvement activities on the shop-floor and packaging to deliver products of right quality at low cost by maintaining a high level of morale among the workforce.
To actively support new product development through R&D and drive quality consciousness and quality improvement activities on the shop floor.
