Present Experience: As a Tool Room Engineer from 2002 to till date.
Achievements:

 I have been involved in team that has setup a new plant with an estimated investment of 2500 Crores.
 Reduced the Down time for mould maintenance by 30%.
 Designed and Developed different parts of moulds from vendors and in house, which were previously imported from Japan
 Modified the moulds for the Rectification of the Gas Marks.
 Got the polishing Training from Fuji-seiki Japan.
 Made different moulds for hi neck spacer, blank substrate and cake box.
