It is billion Austrian company having 181 plants worldwide in 46 countries.
The plant in Dubai is newly installed having Soplar made SEB (soplar Extrusion Blow ) machines with 18 parison head with the capacity to produce 1.5 to 1.8 lac bottles per day (size 50ml to 5Ltr).
We have Soplar made BMU75, BMU100, BMU70E (Bottom Blowing Unlimited) Different version machines with 10 parison head with the capacity to produce 80 k to 1 lac bottles per day.(size 50ml to 5 Ltr).
We have Soplar made ALS6 PET SBM perform blowing machine. With 06 cavities mould with the capacity to produce 2.5 to 2.88 Lac bottle per day.

Looking at the total production activity of Extrusion Blow Molding & SBM.
Maintaining production according to customer’s requirement.
To maintain documents as per company standards (SOP standard) & keeping records.
To maintain quality in running production. Set Process Parameter for mass Production.
Assisting the superior during Production Audit of Customer.
Support of Maintenance team and machine maintenance.
To troubleshoot problems in the machines in running production.
Daily update of activities on all data sheets.
To do new mould trial & making mould trial report and machine process standard&Mould Change.
To give proper training to workers about packing Bottles, materials & Safety,
