To achieve the production target, Process parameter setting, Reduce Mould change over Time, Trouble shooting, Process Control & Quality assurance, Production Planning, Documentation, Man power Handling, Project, Maintaining 5’s in moulding shop floor, idea collection.

Machine & Tools Handling:-
Injection Moulding Machine Hydraulic & All Electric up to 750 (krauss Maffei, Engel, Ferromatic Milacron, Toshiba, & others), Robot, MTC, Chiller, HRTC, Gate cutter & Sequencer, Insert moulding, Single and(up to 64) moulds.
Self Mould changer.
Having exposure of Plastics Processing with Injection Moulding in high technology environment with different types of equipment’s (machines, moulds, robots, raw material conveying system and tools) & Materials.
