Job Description

Should worked in PVC Stablizer Sales
Proficiency in multiple languages.
Reporting To Directors

Manage overall operations of the PVC Stabilizers division, including coordination of sales activities, customer relationship management, pricing, monthly costing, handling quality complaints with R&D support, new product development, and customer visits

Conduct market research to identify export opportunities in PVC Stabilizers, enter new markets, and acquire new customers.

Manage the Sales Documentation team and ensure end-to-end compliance of all sales processes, including domestic and export documentation.

Manage and expand the distributor and channel partner network in India and overseas, including partner identification, agreement negotiation, and ongoing support.

Lead the Regional Manager to achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies, pricing models, and performance management.

Coordinate closely with production and planning teams to ensure timely manufacturing and on-time delivery to customers.

Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing customer needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Ensure overall smooth operations of the PVC Stabilizers division.

Any other responsibilty asssigned by the Management.
