Maintenance:
1.Preventive maintenance of a machine which are about pneumatic s, hydraulic motors, moulds water circulation for cooling , blowing machine like fully automatic blowing machine (shyam plastic machine) and manual blow moulding , chiller maintenance.-record to be maintained.
2.Checking up of oil levels in machines.
3.Checking up of HP and LP compress air .
4.Electrical panel wiring, panel parts, machine spares and motor
5.Filling the water after cleaning the tank need to be assured by microbiologist by doing the necessary test parameter as per schedule.
6.Closing stocks (raw materials & finished goods) to be shared every weekend.
