Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machines & equipment like
shower, chillers, hydraulic cylinders, valves, material conveying system, grinder, dryer etc. to increase
machine up time equipment reliability.
Monitoring & participating in maintenance like Machines, mold maintenance, cylinder O/H, cooling
tower, chillers, air compressors etc.
Analysis of unscheduled downtime and to minimize the same through Breakdown report, check and repair
report.
Support effort to increase production, reduce cost and improve quality through 6S, Kaizen,
Implementing SOPs, PQCDSM, GEMBA, TPM, TQM, Lean Management, Red Tagging
etc.
Prepare monthly breakdown report & its countermeasure and ordering spares from local as well
import to ensure maximum utilization of available resources.
Monitoring Mold maintenance like hot runner PET preform mold, hot plate, air valve type molds,
House hold molds etc. and train the employees as well.
Controlling expenses and aligns according to approved budget.
