Operation management through value stream mapping with layout modifications, single piece flow concepts, FIFO.
Undertake lead time reduction activities for new product trials & market launch.
Appraising the prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them.
