Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Production Incharge to lead our plastic injection moulding operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in automotive plastic component manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end production operations for plastic injection moulding lines.
Ensure consistent achievement of quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
Drive process optimization and troubleshooting for plastic auto components.
Implement and sustain *5S, IATF 16949, and other **Quality Management Systems*.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Tool Room, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
Lead and motivate the production team to achieve “Team Work” and high performance.
Monitor machine utilization, cycle time, and scrap reduction initiatives.
Ensure adherence to ERP systems and production documentation protocols.
Report daily production metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile
Experience: 15 – 20 years in Plastic Injection Moulding (Automotive components preferred).
Technical Skills: Strong processing and troubleshooting expertise across various polymers and moulding machines.
Quality Systems: Hands-on knowledge of 5S, IATF 16949, ISO standards, and related quality systems.
Managerial Skills: Excellent leadership, planning, and team management capabilities.
Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and production documentation.
Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English; proficiency in South Indian languages (Tamil/Kannada/Telugu) is an advantage.
Mobility:Willing to relocate with family to Hosur / Bengaluru area.
Commitment: Candidate must be willing to commit for a minimum of 5 years after completion of the probation period.
