INDUSTRIAL TRAINING:-
I have completed my Industrial Training “Prakash Industries Ltd” in PVC division situated in Kashipur Udham Singh Nagar Uttrakhand as a Trainee Engineer (Production) Since Aug- 2006 to Jan- 2007.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
To achieve & solve the process related problems with brief discussion in production
To visual checked in the production also.
In process inspection of material and rejection control.
To keep a close interacts with the instrument group & mechanical maintenance to minimize the production.
Handing of PLC controlled injection molding machine
Processes standardization Trouble shooting.
Co ordination with Tool-room from Mold maintenance.
Control the rejection and component standard weight with Quality product.
Per day activities for production to ensure that production.
Man power distribution according to requirements for maximum output.
Responsible to maintaining 5S on shop floor.
Processing of plastic materials like PP, PS, ABS, PC, NYLON, GPPS, HIPS etc.
Machine used Windsor 180, Windsor 330, Windsor 800, L&T and Kabra.
